These days it's harder to change tires due to lower profiles and very stiff sidewalls with RFT's. I personally would not let anyone but BMW change them for me (more experience, in theory, since they change RFT's all day long). But, good catch on your part. I think many of us know every square inch of our cars, so a good inspection before leaving after a service call is a great idea.
