I finally decided to replace the exhaust tips with Cybas. However, due to the length of the tips, it would require cutting the stock tips all the way up to the muffler. This is ok for the left muffler as it is just a tip. However, on the right, there is more going on. I know on the left side of the right muffler attached to the tip is the butterfly valve (which I'll remove with the tip), but what is on the right (circled) that comes off of the muffler itself? For those who have replaced their tips, how did you work around this?
