The red is not very accurate on pictures: The pictures always show the red to be brighter than it really is although it is still a little too bright in real life to my taste.
As for the leather, there are areas on the dashboard which are textured plastic and would be covered by leather in the case of extended leather. It is obvious if you look at the white interior package. Not so obvious in black.
