You need to qualify for a lease transfer through BMW FS. There is a $500 lease transfer fee.
I have done a lease transfer with BMW in the past. The process can take as little as 4 days if we do the paperwork promptly and use FedEX overnight services
You are responsible for covering the Lease Transfer fee as well as an extra $500 to me. The extra $500 can be negotiated since the car has been driven for a decent amount of miles.
Reason for the transfer?
I want to get a mortgage, and the only way I can qualify is if I take this car off my credit. I love this car (it's our second Z4) and I plan on getting another Z4 once the mortgage goes through.
The car has a SmartTop Module and Alekshop Rear camera with license plate style rear camera already installed, as well as IND AW Painted reflectors.
Along with 50% Ceramic tint all around.
These mods cost about $1.3k. I can keep them on the car, or you can buy them off me for $500.
Car has Black leather interior with a Silver CF Trim.
