When you're saying 66mm height, what exactly do you mean? I only know how to read brake disc size in Diameter & Thickness which in this case is 300mm Diameter(height) x 20mm thickness.
By the way, i checked it out and not all the Z4's share the same rear disc rottor. The 23i and the 30i have 300x20 the 35i and 35is use 324x20

Height is the overall height from inner disc surface to the wheel hub
Z4 35i US model only that use 300x20 rear disc, not European 35i
