I have an insanely low payment thanks to a below invoice selling price, high residual (.82), and a money factor of .00126. The car does have a $3,600 security deposit (7 additional MSDs) that you would need to pay me when you assume the lease (it'll be returned to you by BMWFS at the end of the lease).
