I've only had the car for a couple days, but am really loving it. Last night was the first time in three years that the wife and I went out for a drive just for fun. 75-degrees, top down cruise around the lake. That's something we would never have done in the Cayman. I can definitely see how the Z4 will be a more fun every day car than the Porsche.
Oh, and like the rest of you, I am addicted to the exhaust sound on this thing. I keep finding myself putting the car in neutral at lights just to lightly rev the engine and listen to the exhaust. lol
