That's a good question. I would bet there may be something aftermarket out there, being that they do have Z4 race cars. But not sure if its something offered in a kit. May be a custom set up done by individual shops.
But that does raise the question if the factory M3/M4 carbon ceramics could be modified to fit on a Z4.
That is out of my area of expertise but a good question for some of the BMW tecs on here..
