New 2009 2010 BMW Z4 - ZPOST - View Single Post - Smartop, Comfort Access or some other issue? Has this happened to anyone else?

Had this issue on my old MINI Cooper S where the windows would open over night etc. Turned out water had affected the headlight relay which messed up the electrics. Sounds like you have a gremlin.
