If your have the older thinner 296 wheels (research the posts for this) then you are in for cracked wheels starting around 11K miles. Seems to be the norm.
i have had both rear replaced under warranty and one tire.
Run flats are also a contributor. I strongly recommend having a candid conversation with your Service advisor about it if you feel he is honest.
Even better, walk in with several of web site posts in hand.
