Ref HR Sport springs + m-adaptive susp: yes, the springs definitely bring a lot of toughness (some might call it even harshness) but I like it. Never ride in "normal" mode, each and every kilometer covered I do in Sport or mostly Sport+ modes .

I don't ride in comfort mode either anymore. Unless the wife and dogs are in the car. How comf is reg mode with the springs?
Going to be autocrossing soon and am looking into sway bars and possibly an LSD.
