How does the Sprintbooster work with the Cobb linear throttle map? Seems like they would negate each other to some degree? As far as recommendations, I am very pleased with my Evolution Racewerks intercooler. It is probably not the easiest to install or the cheapest, but very high quality. Mine was installed with the bumper in place if that helps at all.
