Basically, F80 M3 is ending production by 10/18, which is the same time when the F30 is ending prod.
M4 coupe ending 06/20 and M4 vert ending 10/20.

Since M3/M4 share most of the components, next gen is M3/M4 will be released sometime (6-8 months?) after 10/20.
Based on historical 7 year lifecycle for M3, my best guess would be the next gen M3/M4 will be available for sale around summer of 2021
