BMW is a stright-6 company. It's just what they do. MB, makes beafy sounding v8's, Porsche makes flat-6's. A 3.2 v6 is something Nissan does.
I do think some extensive tuning could be in the future of this car as far as exhaust is concerned, but I like how the s55 sounds...maybe not more than my s62 though. |
BMW has developed multiple V6 engines in the past. Also, the days of BMW being an specific company are over. The M brand was an NA brand once, a non-AWD brand once and a non-SUV brand once. Those days are gone. They keep loosing more and more M customers with each new model release.
