This is a really good deal. If you don't need the upgraded AF, the 5D2 has 99% of the IQ of the 5D3 and that lens is one of the all-time greats. The S-II version will cost twice as much.
Vuudoo, if I were selling it, I'd go ahead and have the body C&C's and give an exact shutter count. (People, 10,000 is really, really low. My bodies are all over 100,000-clicks and going strong).
