Whenever I am negotiating with the stealership I get this glassy eyed look on my face whenever they start talking numbers, as if to say with just my facial expression...... "whenever you are done with the BS, I'd like to talk next." I make the look on purpose, so THEY KNOW I KNOW they are full of S%^t, without ever really having to actually say it with words.
