With mineral spirits (paint thinner) all I was able to do was barely loosen an edge and peel off tiny pieces (1/8"). Not sure if it is some type of sticker or decal. But really the lacquer thinner will not harm the simulated leather (naugahyde/plastic) surface of the visor, no discoloration, no degradation of the surface. Just use the lacquer thinner lightly at first and let it soak into the decal/sticker for about a minute. Then get your rag pretty damp with lacquer thinner and start whipping at the sticker it will come off easily. Rewet the rag with lacquer thinner to clean the remaining sticker & adhesive. The lacquer thinner evaporates off the surface of the visor and your rag rapidly so rewet as required.
