Engine oil is 7 quarts. The filter comes with a new crush washer and O rings.
manual tranny and diff are 1 quart each. The tranny oil is sold by BMW only in 5 quart jugs for $175! I used redline D4 ATF in the tranny and redline 75W-90 in the diff.
Getting the oil out of the diff is a bitch cuz there's no drain plug. You have to get a suction gun and suck out all the oil. I managed to get a quart out but it wasn't easy. If anyone is going to do this I can tell you how to go about it.
