WTF man? I don't want to hear the service rep say "Oh, yeah, I see. But don't worry, we'll take care of it, will be like new. We'll set up a time when our wheel guy is here."
NO. I want to hear, "Thanks for your loyalty, enjoy your new rubber. And don't forget about that survey."

side, as in prior experience with the E85, she's a different car now on non-RFTs. Thanks to all those who promote PSS' as a solid option.
