And by engine responsiveness I do not mean throttle re-mapping (like normal/sport/sport+), or increased power / turbo-lag reduction, but simply engine tuning that makes the engine more responsive (and more difficult to drive smoothly).

I see that COBB has a linear throttle option, but again I am not asking about throttle re-mapping.
