Just bought a 2009 sDrive30i in May with about 6200 miles. I've since had the stalling out at intersections problem this weekend (over 100 degrees across Texas). I contacted service this morning, and it turns out the previous owners never had a software upgrade done. Other than that, I've put about 3,000 miles on the car and it's been awesome.
