Hi guys. Thanks very much for posting this information. I own an E61 so wouldn't normally look here, but I came across this thread whilst looking for something else.
I called my dealer and they had no information regarding this recall. I'm in the UK. They checked my vin and there were no outstanding recalls, so can only presume either I'm not covered by this or that BMW UK don't have any plans to honour it. If anyone has anymore info that would be great.
