I agree with you to an extent. From experience I've learned that MOST of the time, yes, it's better to take them off and sell as stock. However, there have been a few cars I've had where the buyer really appreciates the mods and it actually increases the value to them.

I have a solid offer on it right now, that I'm hoping to have go through by next weekend. The guy made an offer, say $3X,000, and I said, well what would you pay without the mods? He said he wouldn't be interested without them. Haha. So it just depends on the kind of buyer.

However, if this falls through, and it goes another 60 days or so without much interest, then I'll definitely be parting out the mods and selling stock.
