Wow, thats a sum. We here into Germany only have to pay our vehicle tax which is linked to the cylinder capacity and the co2 emissions. For me its round about 356,- Euro p.a. Thats quite cheap and additionally we have no speed limits onto our highways. Tollage is maybe coming up after the election period this hall, we will see.
