Front plate - you can't be pulled over (at least in New York) for this alone. If you get pulled over for something else, they can tack it on. Going away from you the dust obscures the car anyway LOL.

Clear bra- no way. Dirt always builds up on the edge and I think the paint doesn't shine as well.
