I shoot using a Canon 7D. For the motion picture in the Badlands, it was taken at ISO100, 12mm, f/16, speed 1/80.
My father was the copilot, so a lot of the in-motion photos were taken with him at the wheel. We drove through the Badlands late in the day, then during sunset - I shot almost everything in Aperture Priority or Manual.
I'll definitely take a look at the ESS tune - and not sure about the Potenzas - I'll check that out later today.
And that's my Valentine 1 hard wired into my overhead map light. I know there's tons of info about doing hardwire installs online (which is where I found which wires to splice into), but I can post more info on that if you'd like.
