I think with the lifetime deals, you can only transfer to ~3 devices; then they lock you out.
So like, if you buy 3 different cars over the next ~6 years, etc. the "lifetime" subscription terminates when you move away from that 3rd device. |
You could be right, but I know the family members who have those accounts, are still using them today and I know they been through a numbers of cars. However, their original account was on one of those portable units and they move those units from car to car.
