I would think the MF would be similiar as with the interest rate on regular financing, meaning as long as you have an A credit score and/or qualify, you will get their best MF, which is the one they calculated with to quote the mo pmt on the lease specials we see on the Mfg web sites. The lease programs all state "OAC", meaning they've already quoted the mo. pmt based on the best MF they can offer on the lease, and it will be higher if you don't have A credit or qualify. I could be wrong.
