The passenger side tailpipe has a valve in it that is closed at idle and lower rpms to meet sound regulations that some countries have. It then opens at 3000 rpm or so and it gets louder. All you have to do is disconnect a small black vacuum tube that connects to a valve that is connected to the tailpipe about 6 inches from the tip. Just look under the car at the passenger tailpipe and it will be very easy to see. You then put a screw or golf tee into the tubing and I put some black electrical tape around it to keep it in and covered the valve nipple with tape to keep water out. Takes about 2 minutes and makes a noticeable difference.
