The difference between the Sport and Race is mainly in the sound of the system. The Sport features a subtle increase in sound in the lower revband that opens up when you get on the throttle. The Race system on the other hand is a more aggressive note throughout the entire revband. Eisenmann puts every system through flow testing and the race typically shows around a 5% increase in flow over the sport. As a result the Race does have very minor performance benefits over the Sport, but the main distinction between the two systems is the sound.
