Good point. But - didn't this complex roof work 14 years without any issue?
What about our personal lifetime expectations for complex products, if we are used to replace mobile phones each or every 2nd year? Why don't we discuss this with i.e. Apple or Samsung as well?
Back to the roof: from a business point of view I think everything is fine, even if there is a gap between our expectations and reality.
