My 35i is a year old and has 12k miles. they didn't give me an oil change because the computer said it can go for 6k more 
All they did was changed the wiper blade. when I came for service they have multi point service on the work order but when I picked the car it printed not applicable for multi point inspection service.
I want to know if I can make them do an oil change and the multi point inspection.

they have to if it's a year old, regardless of mileage....
