Hmmm, not sure if idling perhaps is the cause of the prb. That is an awful loooong time to idle. I think that w/ these engines, you can pretty much start up, wait a few seconds and drive off, just taking it easy for the first few kms.
That's just my layman's guess. Let's hear more from the better-informed.
