I understand your concerns, but good luck finding a "simpler" car. There's nothing out there that isn't a jumble of computers nowadays. BMW doesn't have a lock on complexity. I guess a non-convertible would be simpler but what about all the other issues you've had? I think you just got a bad build like a few other people on here.
