I hear it with the top down. I play loud music and it does drown it out, but sometimes it's nice to hear the exhaust note minus the humming of the fuel pump. I don't remember hearing it when I first got the car. I am trying to gauge whether this is inherent in this car or should I bring it in to the dealer.
