b & W cars are difficult to keep in a gleaming condition. Silver is probably best for minimal cleaning - it gets just as dirty, but doesn't show so much.
As for getting pictures - use the reflection to your advantage in order that the image is enhanced - otherwise for the perfect picture - use a studio - but you'll still have difficulty with reflections, but they're easier to manage (or at least the environment is)
