I would assume that your bumper has been repainted, correct? While the bumper skin was taken off the and put back on, those rectangular protrusions that serve as sort of clips were damaged. Not much u can do. Either go back to the body shop and ask for a fix, or use superglue on the inner side of the bumper skin. Do not overdo it so it doesn't to the outer side.
