I tried several different brands of H8 LED bulbs and decided to go back to the stock halogen bulbs since I was annoyed with "Outer rings significantly dimmer that inside rings."
The cheaper alternatives that I tried weren't bright enough during the day time, so I think you have probably made the best of what is possible.
