Unfortunately, the Dinan oil cooler is for 09-10 Z4s. Dinan says that they don't intend to make an oil cooler upgrade for my 2012 E89 model. I checked with ER, Stett, HPF and several retailers for ideas. Most have suggested that their respective coolers MIGHT fit, but I'm not really interested in being a guinea pig. Several have also suggested that other E89 owners have successfully installed their products. Anyone out there done this.
