Leasehackr is great tool for information on what deals are out there. But, the regular forum members are not generally open to noobs coming in looking for an easy, great deal to be handed to them just for showing up.
The regulars take pride in their knowledge and respect those that approach the process through reading the other posts, learning and doing for yourself.
Well thats my experience and i really enjoy and appreciate the benefits of that site.
