The Jaguar F-Pace is anticipated. That's not news and hardly an indication that it's going to do anything, if at all, to vehicles like the X3, GLC, Q5, Macan and now the NX. The Cadillac ATS was in a similar position and was positioned a lot better to perform better in the class with the 3er, C-Class, A4 and look how that turned out.
If there is one company that the Germans should look out for it's Lexus. In the U.S., Lexus outsold Mercedes and their new cars are impressive and definitely a leap forward from their previous offerings. Good luck to Jaguar. It's going to be a while before they do anything significant to the Germans from a sales perspective.
