I may have both and they are awesome; believe it or not I would start with the PSS tires because the stock RFTs can't handle stock power, much less the performance improvements of the ESS flash. Every aspect of the car's handling will be better and the ride more comfortable.

Warning - you will love the Michelins so much that a week after install you will order the ESS unit. Regardless of which order you buy these or if you only buy one, you cannot go wrong as both are awesome products.
