You can have the covered cubby along with the "somker's package" since 2009
. Under the cover you will find an ashtray and a cigarette lighter (instead of the additional outlet under the fusebox). Pretty much useless and wasted space, unless you are a smoker - but obviously the better looking solution. Retrofit is possible, afaik.
