Had an extra bay built on to the house, with a door close to the ceiling so I can add a lift. Had a garage door opener put in that installs on the door spring rod, which decreases clearance near the ceiling.

Unfortunately, it uses a new technology (security + 2.0) which supposedly sends a new code each time I push the opener button. I'm afraid the Homelink in the 2009 Z4 doesn't work with this. Anyone know for sure? (I can't get it to pair).
