One of our member asked me to get the tailored leather, ship to him and stitch by himself. I am asking this shop to do this and will supply all the thread needed. Difficult part is the stitching if you brave enough to remove the old leather, a non-reversible process.

Interesting! Do you have the cut pattern or can you get it? I am not sure about the heating, but I would think that it shouldn't be a huge problem. The heating is actually pretty strong...
