I know the front will fit but how about the rear???? 19 x 9.5 +22
You definitely have to cut out some material from the inner plastics wheel housing.

If it will fit also depends on the tire sizes you will chose.
IS 22 with 255/30 R19 will just fit, with not so wide tires (e.g. Hankook).

Below you can see pictures from a trial, I've made.
I've tried 12mm spacers on my 9,5J 19" IS32 wheels with 255/30 wheels = IS20.
I've made the diagonal full compression test, required by the German technical inspection authority.

The space between the rear bumper and the fender is very close, when there is full compression:

In my opinion, the look of these wide wheels is a bit old school, when the wheels are so wide outside the fender:

For me, 9,5J IS27 are the best choice. This size I have at winter wheels with 265/30 R19 and this just fits.

At my IS32 summer wheels I will install 5 mm spacers next season, so that they will also have IS27.

How IS27 is looking, you can see in this post: http://e89.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=798894
