You may already know this but......You still need to negotiate the Purchase Price even though you might be leasing.

The Capitalized Cost on the lease is basically the Purchase Price you negotiate with the dealer, plus fees and taxes you want to role into the lease.

The best bet is to negotiate the price of the car first, then determine, if the lease program BMW has at that time, is a better choice for you, over traditional financing.
