I hope it is just cosmetic damage to the drivers side rear fender, rear bumper and wheel. How much do you think I am looking at to fix it, replacing the fender and bumper and getting it painted and installed?

Insurance will cover it and hopefully the city could reimburse it but I'd still like to get an idea of how much this might cost if brought to a certified BMW collision center/repair facility?
