Rumours seem to suggest it will be the N52B25 engine, which is a 2.5 litre. This is actually the same engine in my 325i coupe (2006). But later 325i coupe's were fitted with the N53B25 engine, which has direct injection. I understand the N53 is an improved engine, so its puzzling me why they would be going back to the older N52 engine range.
