While both the Grill and the Bumper look great it is a personal choice, you must decide and once you change it to change it back might be difficult I don't know. Just make sure you don't alter anything so that if you change back you can. 
Remember the car was designed by 2 ladies inside and out and I think they did a wonderful job when I compare it to my former 2008 Z4 3.0is

i changed back to stock. looks divine!!!!!!
i will shoot the car as soon as i get my reflectors as BMW did not know that those from the stock bumper does not fit the M bumper.
